Stratas Foods is a 50/50 joint venture formed in October 2008 between ACH Food Companies and Archer Daniels Midland Company. This position is responsible for administering the manufacturing orders process and reconciling manufacturing orders.

Requirements

• Follow all safety, environmental rules, and regulations applicable to the position.
• Adhere to and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP requirements.
• Review and prepare daily manufacturing orders (MO) for Production, Starch, BBQ, and Mustard departments across all shifts.
• Provide guidance to Production Supervisors regarding the “needs” sheet for MO reconciliation.
• Communicate issues affecting planning, operations, customer service, raw ingredients, and inventory.
• Create a process to track and archive all MOs.
• Attend staff meetings daily and be prepared to review any MO issues with the team.
• Adapt to daily changes in production/business demands.
• Ability to identify issues with production/inventory and elevate correctly to avoid business disruptions.
• Works daily with the Master Scheduler to ensure schedule integrity.
• Participate in the monthly physical inventory.
• Obtain forklift certification to have the ability to move items when necessary.
• Troubleshoot reconciliation issues in the departments to resolution.
• Assist the logistics manager with inventory and shipping issues.
• Willingness to walk the production floor regularly to support operations and gain a thorough understanding of production processes and reporting
