Stratas Foods is seeking a Operator - 1st Shift (Heavy Duty) to operate machines such as filling equipment, cappers, labelers, sealers, and other related equipment to meet customer order driven production schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Experience operating in a fast paced, ready to eat food facility a plus
• Ability to be self-guided and motivated to operate independently
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights
