Job Description

The Lead Production role is responsible for assisting the production leadership in the daily coordination of work activities and the development of production employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 6+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment
- ERP system knowledge
- Computer skills
- Ability to read and understand work instructions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
