Job Description
Stratasys is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity. The role involves projects related to process improvement, cost reduction, and new product introductions, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams and design reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent/related
- 2+ years related experience, or advanced degree
- Experience in manufacturing engineering
- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work in a fast-changing, high-paced manufacturing environment
