Strategic Gears is one of the largest local management consultancies in Saudi Arabia, and the market leader in providing multidisciplinary services for both the private and public sectors. The company is heavily involved in the transformation era of Saudi Arabia, driven by the Vision 2030 initiative, in engagement with various government organizations and the Vision Realization Programs as well as the private sector. As an IT Support, you will ensure the ERP system meets business needs by working with stakeholders to optimize workflows and enhance system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with ERPnext, Microsoft Azure, Office applications, and user management
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing and maintaining IT assets
- Proven experience with IT support (minimum 2 years)
