Job Description
We are seeking a Finance and Accounting Specialist to support our manufacturing operation financially, owning accurate records, supporting close and reporting, strengthening controls and compliance, and delivering analysis and KPIs to improve cost, margin, and cash performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and tax laws
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
