Job Description
Fameccanica North America is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) to improve supplier performance and strengthen the global supply chain. The SQE will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality materials and components are delivered.
Requirements
- 5+ years of supplier quality experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong background in machining, metal fabrication, structural frames, and welding.
- Proficiency with PPAP, FMEA, SPC, PDCA, APQP/FAI/CQC.
- Experience with WCM, Lean Six Sigma, and capacity audits.
- Ability to lead audits independently and drive improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Bachelorâs degree in engineering, quality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
