Job Description
The Level 2/3 IT Support Technician will provide on-site technical support for desktop systems, troubleshoot and resolve complex computer workstation problems, and design and implement simple information technology computer networks. The position will also involve installing, configuring, and supporting network operating systems, administering complex databases, and implementing computer network protocols. The technician will work independently and as part of a team to resolve technical issues and ensure maximum system and network availability.
