RFP Proposal Associate

Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) is seeking a dynamic RFP Proposal Associate to lead the development, optimization and tracking of new business proposals. This role will be responsible for architecting the end-to-end lifecycle of RFPs across business units, including proactive research into the marketplace and competitive set to identify potential opportunities and narratives for the CMO and Business Leaders.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience creating RFPs in professional/financial services industry
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent writing and editorial abilities
• Ability to translate complex actuarial, regulatory, and risk-financing concepts into executive-level business cases
• Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and time zones
• High attention to detail and quality
• Proficiency in CRM architecture (HubSpot preferred) with the ability to interpret pipeline data and conversion metrics
