Unarmed Security Guard

As an Unarmed Security Guard, you will provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe and secure environment within a government, corporate, retail, or commercial setting.

Requirements

• Conduct routine and random security patrols on foot or by vehicle, as assigned
• Observe, report, and deter theft, misconduct, and suspicious behavior
• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
• Control entry and exit points and verify authorized access
• Identify and address safety hazards or irregular conditions
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; notify law enforcement or emergency services as required
• Assist with basic first aid and emergency notifications
• Prepare detailed written reports on incidents, accidents, and suspicious activity
• Serve as a liaison with local law enforcement when necessary
• Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly post area at all times
