Baking Supervisor

The Baking Supervisor is responsible for leading the baking team and producing high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods in a fast-paced environment. The role involves supervising, coaching, and delegating duties to team members, as well as coordinating with kitchen staff and front-of-house.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma program in pastry arts or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience in a supervisory role
• Valid Drivers license
• Safe Food Handlers Certification
• Flexible availability to work a variety of operating hours
