Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for client service to join our Cincinnati, OH team as a Client Care Specialist.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client service experience, ideally in the financial services industry directly supporting financial advisors.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in handling account documents and processes.
- Excellent technology skills, including experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and strong familiarity with a CRM tool.
- A client-centric approach and genuine interest in delivering exceptional service.
- Superior communication skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions, whether they are on the phone, in person, or via email.
