Wealth Advocate Group is a growing, independent wealth management firm looking for a Client Service & Operations Specialist to join our Beachwood office. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred (relevant industry experience considered)
• Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Friendly, professional communication skills and comfort speaking with clients
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems
