Job Description
The Business Development Director China will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of Stratpharmaās commercial strategy across Mainland China, combining sales growth, distributor/channel management, team leadership, and selected financial responsibilities.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience in medical device sales in China
- Proven track record selling into public/government, military, and private hospitals
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading sales teams at national or regional level
- Strong experience managing sales channels and distributors/sub distributors within the Chinese healthcare market
- Deep understanding of hospital procurement, tenders, and reimbursement dynamics
- Established networks and channel resources within relevant hospital departments
