Additional resort perks and discounts are also available (golf, fitness center, child care, seasonal programs, etc). All employees get retail and food and beverage discounts at most locations on the mountain. Stratton also offers amazing, family-friendly perks, privileges and discounts for full time employees. Employee child care is also available.  Employees receive free or discounted lift access at most area ski resorts (all of Vermont and beyond). Full time employees also have skiing/riding privileges at all of the other resorts in our family - and it's a big family - over a dozen resorts that span North America!
