The Property Caretaker will oversee and execute the daily operations and tasks of an assigned property, including grounds maintenance, routine house checks, and public restroom maintenance. The position requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of building systems and landscaping, and the ability to work independently.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous building and landscaping experience
- Basic knowledge of building systems and landscaping
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to organize and explain information for different audiences
- Ability to organize time and projects
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
