Job Description
Resort Groundskeepers perform landscaping maintenance and snow removal duties. They ensure lawns are manicured, treat weeds, plant flowers, plow snow, remove debris, and provide customer service. They may also help with light maintenance work and maintain resort vehicles and equipment.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months in previous groundskeeping experience in the resort industry
- Demonstrated knowledge of general grounds maintenance techniques
- Ability to endure seasonal temperatures
- Proficient skills in operating various hand tools, power equipment, and commercial machinery
- Ability to provide legible written reports
- Ability to work well independently and as a team
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds
- Basic computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license
