Property Administrator

The Property Administrator position provides first-class property management services and assists the Property Management team with the day-to-day responsibilities of operating a commercial property.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; Yardi experience a plus
• Attention to Detail
• Basic accounting skills and knowledge
• Mathematical aptitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good organizational skills
• Desire and ambition to learn and grow in Stream’s property management department
