Real Estate Fund Accountant

Stream Realty Partners is seeking a Real Estate Fund Accountant to join their team in Dallas, TX. The successful candidate will work closely with the Investment Management team and be responsible for maintaining books, preparing financial statements, and reconciling bank accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Entry-level to 2 years of work experience in internships, public audit, tax, or industry accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate or Advanced competence in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
