Job Description
Streamline Defense is seeking a Senior International Capability Development SME (Interoperability) to support the J3-International (J3-I) Interoperability Branch at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in Tampa, Florida. The position involves streamlining defense and supporting partner nations in developing capability roadmaps, improving integration with U.S. SOF, and enabling partner nation participation across USSOCOM capability development efforts.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance
- Graduate of a U.S. SOF component selection and assessment program
- Bachelor's degree in international relations or related field
- 15 years combined military SOF and regional experience working special operations
- Completion of a formal DoD Security Cooperation program of instruction
- Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education course
- Experience with Foreign Disclosure and international partner information exchanges
