We are looking for a Salesperson (m/f/d) for New Buildings to join our team in the Stuttgart region as soon as possible in full-time capacity.

Requirements

• Promote our stylish and innovative new construction projects to potential customers
• Serve clients throughout the sales process from initial inquiry to handover of the newly acquired property
• Assist investment customers in creating a return concept
• Cooperate with external financing partners and internal rental and property management services
• Form a team with our brokerage department to market existing properties
• Engage with customer perspective in marketing and project development activities
