Elementary Teacher

The Elementary Teacher position offers a base salary of $44,000 plus a performance bonus, with a start date of July 2026. The Teacher will provide instruction and support to students in an online environment, monitoring student progress and working with parents/learning coaches to advance each student's learning. This is a full-time position, typically working 40+ hours per week, and may require occasional travel for school functions.

Requirements

• Active state teaching license in Alabama
• Ability to clear required background check
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience working with proposed age group (desired)
• Experience supporting adults and children in the use of technology (desired)
• Experience teaching in an online (virtual) and/or in a brick-and-mortar environment (desired)
• Experience with online learning platforms (desired)
• Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers (desired)
• Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to new technologies and teaching platforms (desired)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint (desired)
