Job Description
The School Operations Manager supports school administrators by processing requests, maintaining student files and records, performing routine administrative duties, and facilitating communications with various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Requests and tracks receipt of records for newly enrolled students
- Processes student withdrawals
- Maintains K12 and state student-level databases
- Creates customized reports
- Maintains student cumulative files and other student records
- Ensures compliance with FERPA
