Job Description
The School Improvement Partner works alongside principals and instructional teams to support the implementation of school improvement priorities focused on strengthening instructional practice and student learning outcomes. The role supports teachers through instructional guidance, data-informed reflection, and implementation support, with an emphasis on improving teaching and learning within core content areas, particularly mathematics.
Requirements
- Experience in K–12 instruction, instructional coaching, or school improvement
- Strong understanding of effective teaching and learning practices
- Experience analyzing and using student data to inform instruction
- Ability to support adult learning through coaching and collaboration
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Benefits
