The PM Intern will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in the successful execution of various projects and initiatives across the organization.
Requirements
- Assist Project Managers in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Support the creation and management of project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, status reports, and risk logs.
- Facilitate and participate in project meetings, capturing key decisions and follow-up actions.
- Track project progress and identify potential roadblocks or deviations from the plan.
- Assist in the collection and analysis of project data to support reporting and decision-making.
- Support the use of project management tools and technologies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes and templates.
- Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the PMO team.
- Undertake research and analysis on project management best practices and industry trends as required.
