We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our elite Ghost Ops team, which handles critical customer deployments and performs surgical interventions on real-time data integration.

Requirements

• Data Movement Pedigree: Prior experience at a company building data movement, replication, or streaming platforms
• Full-Stack Mastery: Ability to navigate the entire stack, from React UI glitches to Java/backend API bottlenecks, down to complex SQL execution plans
• The 'Open Processor' Mindset: Expert at writing custom logic to extend platform capabilities for specific, high-scale use cases
• Sub-Second Mentality: Deep understanding of high-concurrency, low-latency systems
