As an Engagement Manager at Stripe, you will drive Stripe's future growth engine by leading enterprise-level, strategic users through integration, implementation, and adoption stages. Responsibilities include owning all facets of the relationship with the user, accelerating time to value, delivering program/project management expertise, managing scope, time, cost, and quality, mitigating and managing risk, providing program/project governance, and closing out the project.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working with enterprise level strategic users on complex technology or business transformation programmes
- Proven program management skills and experience
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and craft tailored solutions
- Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts to Stripe’s largest Users
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to operate independently in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and lead executive stakeholders and key decision makers on the User side
