Job Description
Stripe is seeking a consultative and creative Operations Recruiter to help grow and scale their Global Operations center in Mexico City. The role involves full-cycle recruitment, driving hiring strategy, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience. The team's goal is to build Stripe's operations capabilities for the next decade through innovative, scalable processes. The recruiter will be a builder, championing processes and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
Requirements
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to report on progress to leadership.
- Contribute to building a diverse talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with various teams, including Finance, People Ops and Legal.
