Product Designer, Stablecoin

Stripe is looking for a seasoned product designer to lead the design efforts for its global-by-default money management suite, building intuitive interfaces for businesses to manage digital currencies and orchestrate complex cross-border flows.

Requirements

• 6+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company
• Experience working with, and leading changes to, an established design system
• Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development
• Have worked autonomously on large-scale initiatives like system unification efforts or highly visible features
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, operating as a co-lead with product management and engineering decision makers
• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, prototyping
• Comfortable working on multiple projects operating at different paces
• Use tools such as prototypes, journey maps, and UX flows to articulate progress, rationale, and decisions
• Able to manage and prioritize time
