Program Manager - TechOps

We are looking for dynamic and entrepreneurial leaders who will define our strategy to scale our Core Payments team, help define and improve operational workflows, and maintain a best in class Operations program.

Requirements

• Over 9 years of total working experience
• 4-5 years in program management, consulting, or similar roles within high-growth tech companies
• Proven track record in process and project management
• Skilled at scheduling, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines
• Comfortable in high-ambiguity situations, executing complex projects
• Strong capabilities in stakeholder engagement, maintaining high-level planning and ongoing communication
• Proficient in presenting ideas, product updates, and roadmaps clearly and persuasively
