Security Engineer - Offensive Security

We are seeking an Offensive Security Engineer to join our Proactive Threat team. The successful candidate will simulate real-world adversary tactics to identify security risks across Stripe's products and infrastructure, and design and build custom tooling and automation to amplify the team's impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, or a related field
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages
• Deep knowledge of web application security
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency with offensive tooling such as Burp Suite, Cobalt Strike, Mythic, Sliver, BloodHound, or similar frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
