Job Description
Sr. Analyst, Actuarial role at Strive Health involves reviewing data for completeness and accuracy, identifying non-compliance, and communicating with stakeholders. The role requires a competitive Actuarial Study Program and minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Statistics and 2+ years of experience in Actuarial services or related field.
Requirements
- Review contracts to find instances of client non-compliance and quantify the value of said non-compliance
- Audit the data we receive for our risk partnerships and ensure completeness and accuracy
- Review material changes impacting risk settlements and quantify the impact
- Communicate instances of non-compliance to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with key stakeholders across Strive’s Finance, Client Success, and Growth functions to identify data-driven opportunities to add value to existing and potential partners.
