Senior Agile Project Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager / Product Owner to transform strategic visions into concrete implementation plans while keeping the customer focus in mind. The ideal candidate has experience at the interface between demanding customers and internal software development, a deep understanding of agile methods, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Several years of experience at the interface between demanding customers and internal software development
• Experience as a customer-oriented service provider in an e-commerce agency, advertising agency, an ERP system house or on the customer side (e-commerce)
• Deep understanding of agile methods and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary projects and continuously optimize results and processes in an agile context
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and precisely and to moderate workshops
• Maximum ability to work in a team and feel comfortable in agile structures
• Experience with relevant (project management) tools (e.g. Atlassian Jira, Confluence) or quick familiarization with new topics
