Job Description
Stronghold Investment Management is seeking a Fund Controller to lead fund accounting operations at their Global Capability Center in Bangalore. The role combines ownership of global financial processes with oversight of multiple funds.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles
- Leadership experience, preferably in private equity or asset management
- US GAAP experience, fund-level accounting, and consolidation
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and active Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across time zones and functions
