As a Construction Project Engineer, you will be part of the Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program, which focuses on in-field learning and development. You will master critical construction skills, including scheduling, estimating, budget preparation, safety management, quality control, and business development.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include solving problems, collaborating with a team, managing time, meeting deadlines, communicating with different types of people, organizing yourself, and being safety-focused.
