Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Scientist to Associate Director of Analytical Development to join our team at Structure Therapeutics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our small molecule Technical Operations projects and developing analytical methodologies for drug substances and drug products.
Requirements
- Ph.D or MS degree in chemistry, related field or equivalent
- 10+ years of relevant working experience in analytical development in biotech/pharma industry
- Skilled in the application of cGMP
- Extensive analytical development background and hands on experiences with working knowledge of chemistry, analytical or pharmaceutical science
- Ability to critically evaluate analytical data from a broad range of scientific disciplines
- Hands-on experience in modern analytical chemistry techniques
- Basic knowledge of organic/inorganic chemistry
- Proven track record in working with and managing CROs and CDMOs for protocol design and study execution
- English and Chinese language proficiency
