Regional Manager - Heartland - Neurovascular

As a Regional Manager, you will lead your sales team to achieve their highest potential while meeting their sales goals. You will strategically plan and direct selling activities to drive their success and hire, train, and develop top-tier talent. You will work closely with your Sales Representatives and partner with the Director of Sales to develop and execute strategies to maximize regional sales opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years in sales with a proven history of success
• Demonstrated expertise in sales field concepts, practices, and procedures
• Strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in developing and implementing sales programs
• Proven experience in formal leadership roles or in leading teams and projects in various settings
