Sales Representative - San Diego East - Orthopaedic Instruments

As an Orthopaedic Instruments Sales Representative, you will strategically promote and sell Stryker Orthopaedic Instruments products to meet our customers' needs, conducting product evaluations and providing excellent service to clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years in an outside sales position (medical related fields or b2b sales preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited University with at least 2+ years of outside sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to drive an automobile
• Physical ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to grasp by hand and meet cognitive demands to include visual and auditory discrimination / memory, reading ability and memory retention
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication
• Ability to manage time, projects, stress and conflict
• Unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
