Senior Manager, Operations

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join our Stryker Tullagreen manufacturing site in Cork, Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading teams to deliver a quality first culture, customer service, enabling growth, continuous improvement of products and processes, and driving engagement of the operations teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years manufacturing experience, preferably at production management level, within a team-based manufacturing environment (Medical Device background desirable but not essential)
• Degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent essential
• PC literate and strong knowledge of inventory systems, MRP and measurement tools essential
• Excellent presentation and communication skills are required
• Strong leadership skills, persuasive but firm and decisive when necessary
