This role will lead the full portfolio marketing strategy across Stryker Singapore and Malaysia, combining strategic vision with operational execution to drive market development, strengthen customer engagement, and deliver commercial impact.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in MedTech, preferably with exposure to both capital equipment and implants.
- Proven track record in local marketing execution
- Regional or multi-country experience is strongly preferred.
- Market development experience: demonstrated ability to build a business or category from early stage.
- 2+ years people management experience required; experience building and scaling teams is a strong plus.
- Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
