Staff Mechanical Engineer, R&D - NPD

Requirements

• Design, develop, and verify components and subsystems for medical devices
• Translate user needs into design specifications and deliver system-level solutions
• Lead prototyping and testing efforts to validate design performance
• Identify and resolve complex design issues using data-driven analysis
• Apply clinical knowledge to author design inputs and support Voice of Customer sessions
• Create and maintain engineering documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive projects from concept through launch
