Job Description
As a mid-sized accounting firm, we're looking for a qualified assistant to support our team in various tasks such as office management, filing management, and customer care for our clients. The role requires several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a public accounting or tax consulting firm or law firm.
Requirements
- Completed commercial education
- Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a public accounting or tax consulting firm or law firm
- Secure use of MS Office, ideally experience with DATEV
- Experience with phonodictation
- English language skills desired
- Structured, independent work with a high degree of flexibility and self-responsibility
