Requirements
- Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor
- Maintain knowledge of all food items on service lines, including ingredients, preparations, and allergens
- Comply with HACCP regulations and procedures
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation
- Take and record food temperatures at required intervals
- Replenish items on service lines from coolers, ovens, and hot boxes as necessary or required
- Break down service lines after each meal service is finished and properly dispose of or store food
- Clean and sanitize service lines, workstations, counters, steam tables, wells, cooler and warmer doors, and door handles
- Assist with preparing the dining room before and after each meal service
- Communicate often, clearly, and professionally with co-works and management
