Requirements

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining a completely new automated testing framework
• Selecting tools, technologies, and best practices for automated testing
• Analyzing test results and continuously improving product quality
• Integrating automation tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensuring their scalability and reliability
• Mentoring and onboarding new Automation QA team members
• Leading and developing the Automation QA team, including both local and remote team members
