Senior Manager, Growth Email/SMS Marketing

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Growth Email/SMS Marketing to build and scale customer journeys that drive new members, retention, and long-term value. This role involves owning and executing email and SMS marketing programs end-to-end, scaling with AI and contractors, and developing a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in lifecycle or retention marketing, ideally within a high-scale SaaS or subscription-based product.
• Expertise in behavioral segmentation, event-based triggers, funnel design, and customer journey automation.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (generative AI, automation platforms) to accelerate content production, personalization, and campaign operations.
• Strong analytical and AI-forward mindset with a strong bias for action and a get-it-done approach.
• Prior work in edtech, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven technology companies (nice to have)
