Job Description
The IT Operations Specialist will provide end-user support for Study Group systems, assist with support and maintenance of the server, networking, storage, and related back-office infrastructure, and assist with managing and implementing IT rollouts, upgrades, and projects.
Requirements
- At least diploma level IT qualified or equivalent experience
- Experience in application or IT support roles
- Experience using service desk tools and processes
- At least 1 year experience in the IT industry in a similar/equivalent role
- Experience gathering and presenting detailed information
- Proven effective and timely decision making and judgement
