You're excited to join our team and face new challenges every day? As a Sales Manager at Studyflix, you'll be in daily contact with top decision-makers and win new business customers in the areas of Employer Branding & Recruiting!

Your tasks:

• You'll excite companies about our products in the Recruiting & Employer Branding area by phone and video call, win new partners, and bind them in the long term
• You'll be responsible for the entire sales cycle: from the first contact to the product presentation, offer discussion, and closing
• You'll participate in daily training to continuously develop your and the team's potential
• You'll use our CRM system to calculate offers, organize and structure your day, and track your success

You bring:

• A completed degree (BWL, humanities, or social sciences, etc.) or a completed apprenticeship (e.g., in the commercial field)
• You're enthusiastic about sales and enjoy advising customers
• Your communication skills, determination, and persuasiveness set you apart
• Ideally, you have initial experience in sales or customer interaction, but motivation and personality are what count most
