Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to guide and support our clients during the implementation phase of our Studytube platform. You will help our larger and more complex clients to become independent in the use of our platform, build long-lasting relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- HBO/WO education
- At least 5 years of work experience in SaaS implementation and/or project management
- Excellent stakeholder management and C-level contact experience
- Solution-oriented, independent, and takes initiative
