Job Description
This roles involves providing advanced engineering support for precision air conditioning and Ultrasonic Humidification products. The role requires assisting with custom equipment selection, providing technical product data, performing calculations, and offering consulting support to sales staff. The position supports the entire product lifecycle, from design to implementation and performance operations.
Requirements
- Research and analyze data for design.
- Provide technical support for sales literature and applications.
- Create installation, operation, maintenance and repair documentation.
- Respond to customer requests.
- Assist with equipment selection and unit information.
- Assist with customer presentations.
- Provide technical design support.
