Job Description
Must possess or be able to develop subject matter expertise of STULZ Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification products. The technician must possess a strong aptitude to master new product technologies, electrical schematics, and product/controls integration.
Requirements
- Must possess or be able to develop subject matter expertise of STULZ Precision Cooling and Ultrasonic Humidification products
- Must possess a strong aptitude to master new product technologies, electrical schematics, and product/controls integration
- Must reliably provide Factory Authorized Services, including: Start-up, Basic Product training, Commissioning Assistance, Preventive Maintenance, Diagnostic, Break/fix, and BMS interface
- Must possess and consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and excellent time management, customer service, computer, verbal, and writing skills
- The technician must accurately report all quality assurance, installation, and application deficiencies affecting warranty or unit performance
